How effective is the Ketogenic Diet?

Research suggests that the Ketogenic Diet:

  • reduces seizure frequency by more than 50% in half of all patients who try it,1
  • reduces seizure frequency by more than 90% in one third of patients.2
  • provides seizure freedom in some patients (6-10%).
